Support

Recovery without accounts.

Your license is bound to the router, not a login. So recovery, transfer and support work without any personal data.

Recovery after a reset

Did a factory reset? Pro comes back automatically. The agent re-validates the router’s hardware identity and re-pulls the license — usually with no action from you.

1

Reinstall the agent

The same opkg install … line as the first time.

2

The agent re-validates itself

The router identity is unchanged, so the server recognizes the binding. One tap on “Recover” if needed.

Transfer to a new router

Bought a new device? Transfer the license — the old binding is released, a new one is created. Transfers are rate-limited (anti-piracy), so do this only on a real hardware change.

What a transfer looks like

Lost key · support request

Read the serial number off the sticker on the router. We don’t store raw serials — your number is hashed locally, and we find the binding by the hash. No email or accounts.

Frequently asked

No. We hold only the SHA-256 of the serial (sn_hash) and a hash of the hardware identity (router_id). These are pseudonyms — a person cannot be recovered from them.
Transfers are allowed but rate-limited (per-ref and per-destination) to prevent abuse. For a legitimate hardware change the limit is more than enough.
Send the request above — we reply through the same channel. Since there are no accounts, support works by the binding hash you provide.
