Checkout is self-serve: crypto payments (BTC, Lightning, Monero) run on our own self-hosted BTCPay server — no third-party processor, no account. Card payments are coming soon. Prefer email? Send a request and we’ll arrange it there.

No — they’re two separate products. Pro is a one-time purchase available now; Neo is a separate subscription that arrives after the beta. The year of VPN bundled with Pro+ is a third-party VPN account we register and configure for you — it is not Neo.
