Activation happens on the router, not on the website. Pick any surface — the key normalizes into one license and binds to the device.

Have an eval code?

An eval code is the same key but time-limited (TTL). You enter it just like a regular key. When it expires, the Pro features simply fold away — your data stays.

Pro in brief

The license is cryptographically tied to your router’s hardware identity. That is your “account” — no logins. If you factory-reset the device, Pro restores automatically; if you change routers, you transfer the license in one tap.
No. Nomad Pro is a one-time, perpetual purchase. Nomad Neo VPN is a separate product (a subscription) currently in closed beta — it has no bearing on the Pro purchase.
On the device. The site issues the key by request (Path A) or activates on the router if you came from a QR (Path B). The key itself is entered in the app or Web UI, or pulled in automatically.
The key is shown only once, but you don’t need it day to day — Pro is bound to the router. For a transfer or recovery, contact support: we find the binding by the device serial’s hash, with no personal data.
Licenses are issued by request — send a request above and we email your key, usually within one business day. If anything is wrong with your order, contact support and we’ll make it right.
